Seaside Park, on Ocean Blvd and Lindley in Long Beach, CA
Begini Associates was selected by the development agency of the city of Long Beach to develop an ultra luxury condominium high-rise complex, consisting of 315 units and ground floor retail space. Architects Skidmore Owings & Merrill. A joint venture was negotiated with Hectzer Enterprises/Borg Warner in 1980 to develop the project and in 1981 Hectzer/Borg Warner bought Begini Associates’ interest in this project.

- 111 Locust 111 Locust Avenue Long Beach, CA In 1981, Begini Associates was selected by the Long Beach Redevelopment agency to enter into an exclusive development arrangement with the city to construct a 250,000 square foot office building Due to the recession and soft market in Long Beach, the Project was put on the shelf.
- Tremont Townhomes 5100 Riverton Avenue North Hollywood, CA A townhouse project comprising of fifteen units, was completed at the end of 1980.
- Toluca Center Office Building 4444 Lankershim Blvd. Toluca Lake, CA A twelve-story office building was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, on the corner of Riverside and Lankershim, in North Hollywood CA. In 1981 Building permit was obtained, but due to the increase in interest rates the project was put on the shelf. In 1993 the project was revived the building was redesigned and additional square footage was added. Due to oversupply of office space the project was stopped

- 5330, 5340, 5350 Kanan Dume Road, Malibu. Placed in escrow and began the entitlement for 3 Luxury Estates Homes in Malibu. The process consisted of dealing with the Coastal Commission, the City of Malibu, the Santa Monica Conservancy, the homeowners association and the Los Angeles County Supervisors.
- 40355 La Quinta Lane. Placed in Escrow in September 2014, entitled the project for a 16,500 sq. ft. Tilt-up Industrial Building. Sold with a permit for construction of the project in November 2016.
